one of my goals latley is to try and learn to control where my thought process lead me. I truly amd trying to figure out what exactly goes on when my thought processes allow themseves to be distracted and go off in any random direction. i guess im trying to learn to ultimatley control that impulse to do just about anything else than what im supposed to be doing...i have it worse than most.

youtube...great site...but kinda distracting

i use youtube some times to stream music to my computer and make playlists of songs that i like to listen to...though ive realized that youtube is quite distracting and not the most productive music player to use while doing things on my computer.

Scouting & formal education...two concepts that have been kept apart for to long.

How can scouting and education be intertwined on all levels.....

there are so many ways...please dream up and comment on your ideas---then lets pass these ideas on with a clear vision to those who may one day bring them to life.

It seems that in this country we, as a people, are largely uneducated by the various ways that policies can be changed and how they actually effect us, also how things are biased etc...if we as a country were truly educated in maters of politics and social policies we could truly move us as a country forward and in the process crush the grip of the modern day political machine on our society.   if we can truly attract people to some sort of mechanism that truly educates them about the specifics of politics and the actual raw data that is out there, we can truly move forward...but when we rely so much on biased information thrown our way we can only move in the directions decieded on by very few.
